The Ask: Redesign the Ford Showroom (All Vehicles) to be more user need based as well as to work across global markets that each have unique shopping needs and to be responsive and adaptive.

The Solution: For this project we looked to an in-depth study of a consumer lifecycle journey to understand how users relate to vehicles and vehicle ownership over time. We also researched how vehicles are described, shopped for and purchased in Europe, Asia Pacific, South America and North America. Based on these inputs I created Axure-based wireframe prototypes that presented individualized data for each market. Usability testing was conducted on these prototypes and findings were incorporated into continuing design phases.
