Ford Tier II Portal

The Ask: Create a single portal website to replace 39 existing disparate regional dealer group websites. Leverage Ford's new global templates, increase conversion points such as requesting a quote, locating a dealer or looking at incentives and offers. Present regional branding, offers and content based on location.

The Solution: For this project I delivered responsive and adaptive mobile, tablet and desktop wireframes that leveraged the global Ford templates but also addressed the unique needs of the portal website. Additionally we focused on improving the presentation of incentives and offers based on location despite restrictions in existing data feeds.

I also worked to support the client relationship by helping to prepare presentations for Dealer Advisory Board meetings.
