The Ask: Formulate a plan to improve the user experience for membership, ticket purchasing (admissions and events), giving, and user account management on

The Solution: For this project I conducted stakeholder interviews, completed a heuristic evaluation of the current ticket purchasing, giving and membership experience on and completed flowcharts of all current integrated systems. Using this information I created wireframes for a recommended experience. From these wireframes I developed a clickable prototype that I designed, planned and conducted in-person usability testing with. I delivered a key findings and recommendation report that is now part of the MFA Roadmap for future planning.
