SYNC Redesign

In collaboration with multiple vendors as well as internal and external teams I wireframed the layout, navigation, functions and interactions of the Ford SYNC website. This project also entailed advanced prototyping and remote usability testing. As lead architect I helped draft and finalize the usability test plans.
